Meet and greet
During this stage we will come and meet you to review your requirements. This is an information gathering stage and will form the basis of our first engagement.
Consultation
We will them come back to you with our ideas and discuss a timeline for the takeover. At this point we will also establish the quality baseline.
Handover
Once we have exchanged contracts, we will engage your current IT team and ensure we have all the relevant information to support your business going forward.
Development
As part of our Virtual IT Manager package, we will visit you at least 4 times a year to ensure you continue to develop and discuss your business plan.

We do not operate a typical help desk system. each client will have access to their own IT Manager reducing the escalation problems that occur from traditional outdated IT help desks.
SCHEDULED ONSITE VISITS
By providing on-site visits as part of the working week we are able to operate as part of your workforce and build relationships as well as address the day to day IT problems.
PROACTIVE MONITORING
We use a specialist monitoring tool to make your IT Manager away of problems in your IT service before you need to report it. This means you can get on with the day job of running your business.
SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE
We have access to specialist security software that can replace your current Anti-Virus software and extend your security to include Ransomware protection. In addition as part of the IT Manager role we can address compliance tasks like PCI or GDPR as standard.
